Candidate requirements:
- Extremely detailed orientated
- A positive attitude (Lets be honest everybody has worked with that person that doesn't have that and its brutal)
- Confident in communicating directions to subs and clients
- Follow and help create detailed scope of work packets as well as help develop critical path scheduling
- Handle stocking material for multiple projects
As a lead carpenter for Liberty Homes you will be fully supported every step of the way. You will be expected to live up to the already established standards of excellence and customer service that has helped us grown into the company we are today. A lot of what we do is very unique with either the materials used or in design so being able to critically think through problems will be very important.
